1. OUR DELIVERY POLICY
1.1 Delivery notifications – you will receive an email at the address you have specified confirming order and order number
1.2 Delivery timescales – The order will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). Orders received by 12.00 noon are often despatched the same day although this is not guaranteed.
1.2 Postage method- All orders will be sent via Royal Mail or similar parcel service. Deliveries do not require signature upon receipt
2. OUR REFUNDS POLICY
2.1 Except where we have commenced with the Services, you may cancel an order within seven calendar days of placing an order by contacting 02082934377 or via email to email@example.com
We will confirm cancellation via email to you.
2.2 If you cancel an order for Services and we have already commenced performance of the Services, you agree to pay us any costs we have incurred, and this charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you or, if no refund is due to you, invoiced to you. We will tell you what these costs are when you contact us.
2.3 If you cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for Services that have not yet been provided to you, we will refund these amounts to you. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Services in full.
2.4 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase
We use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information.
