	What is the size/capacity of the security shredding sack?
	90cm x 50cm and holds approx 15kg.
	Do we have to take out staples etc?
	No, our industrial shredder copes with staples, bulldog clips, lever arch files etc.
	Will I get charged for any sacks I do not fill?
	No, once you're over the minimum collection amount we only charge for full sacks.
	How do I pay?
	We invoice after collection & our payment terms are 30 days net by cheque or bacs payments.
	Can I witness my material being shredded?
	Yes, we welcome customers to visit the site & view the process at firsthand.
	Can I deliver the material in myself?
	Yes, you are welcome to arrange a time to deliver your material to our site in S.E. London.
	Is the paper recycled after shredding?
	Yes, all paper is recycled after destruction. The end product; a 100% recycled copier paper can be purchased from us.
	Can we have an ad-hoc collection service?
	Yes, we are happy to collect on either a regular schedule or ad hoc basis.
	Will I receive a certificate of destruction?
	Yes, a certificate of destruction is sent out with the invoice.
